The Nigerian newspaper This Day reports the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) and the Nigerian Internet Registration Association (NiRA) signed a memorandum of understanding for management of the .ng ccTLD in Abuja on Wednesday. The MoU gives NiRA the sole authority to administer .ng.
