Amsterdam, 23 October 2007 – The Luxembourgish EuroDNS is acquiring effective November 1st the management of Dutch domain registrar Registreerhet. This acquisition follows a recent opening of a local EuroDNS office in the Netherlands and demonstrates their vision that ‘the Dutch domain market remains attractive for domain name registrars’.
At this moment EuroDNS is the largest multi-domain registrar in Europe, with local representation in most European countries. These local subsidiaries are also the basis of its success, as it provides the possibility to offer basically each European domain name to their customers.
With the expansion, EuroDNS increases its market share in the Netherlands significantly and speculates on the future domain registration growth that is foreseen in the region.
