PepsiCO has recently files a complaint with the National Arbitration Forum, seeking control over two Pepsi-related domain names.
The two disputed domain names are : pepsicofinance.com and pepsicofinanceeurope.org
The company filed the complaint on March 18,2016.
The National Arbitration Forum will examine over the next days if the domain names are confusingly similar to Pepsi’s trademark, if the current owner has rights over it and if the domain names are being used in bad faith. If it falls under all these three stipulations, the domain name will be passed over to PepsiCO.
At the time of writing this article, the case is still pending compliance checks with the National Arbitration Forum.
