Hello! Lets my domain name expiries today why tomorrow there will be parking page?
Does such things depend on the domain name registrar I use?

once you miss that – domain name belong to the domain name registrar. And domain name registrar use that however they want

But what about 30 days I can do with that whatever I want? But I think if registrars do so they are allowed to do such things.

Pati is right here. You are not owner of the domai name but you have rights, that’s why registrar do whatever he needs

If I were you I’d have another look at TOS to make sure they are allowed to do that.
