WHAT CONSTITUTES COPYRIGHT "INFRINGEMENT" AND WHERE’S THE Just where is the line on Trademark/Copyright Infringement ?Who Knows Really? I believe it depends on how much money a Corp has.As THERE is NO REAL DIFINITIVECLEAR LAW on such. We’ve all heard stories on various situations.Let’s discuss Our examples and see if We can be a bit smarter about picking Domain Names!I have an example: if Gundadin registered "idod.com" according to a "Well respected" Domain Authority in the Branch Gundadin would probably be open for liabel on trademark infringement! So I should’nt dare to register : ifoc.com or isock .com or macairbook.com or mcdognuts.com or even mcshit?

I have never met such information. Just think that it must be under lows of the country you are from or web site belong to (associate with).

I believe once you are web site/content owner and that was stolen you will find arguments how to find that against this fact.
