What is needed to start reselling?
I would like to resell domain names and I was wondering what is requried to get started with the domain name reselling?

You need to know for whom or where you will resell the domain names. If you are not sure about that better not start on it at all.

Re: What is needed to start reselling? there is no requirement as such. some reseller business providers need a yearly fee, some don’t. I suggest you research on various domain reselling providers.
you can look at reseller club as an option – http://resellerclub.com/ they do not require any yearly fees… I have an account with them…

As far as I know you need to pay a lot of money before you are getting started.
