What are main advantages of parking domain names? Why people are crazy about domain name parking?

First of all if your domain names have traffic you do not lose it and next you even earn on parking. And they are not crazy about it they do sell them

That is a way to get some money for that. Moreover on the parking service like SEDO you can sell domain with low commission.
