Do all domain name registrars follow the unique rules or each domain name registrar have own rules?

As rule domain name registrars are from differnt countries and that’s why their rules are different

They are the same but said in the different words. All of them are ICCANN accredited, so they can’t have different rules.

They can’t be the same. Each ccTLD has own rules.

Yes I was interested in the TLD domain names and for now I’m sure that I have chosen the domain name registrar and stick to it
