Why? I suppose that is good price for the domain name.
In any case your domain name woth as much as real buyer is ready to pay for that.

Oh yeah, the adsense would be more valuable then to give it away at that price. The hit counter is what the buyer looks at, this is because it really only needs a word press site with adsense to make money.
