What are domain name registrars for this prospective domain name extension can you recommend?

As far as I have heard that would be domain name extension not for everyone. You must run IT firm to get such domain name

Did you buy the .TEL Domains ? I bought many of them… a few in Landrush and a few after that… I got a cheap and good provider! You should check our ResellerClub – one year .TEL for $9.99 only!
