I think they are generators a and they are automated tools and you need to understand that if you really want quality domain name you need to do your best to register it yourself

I like the name generator over at nameboy.com. I don’t buy the domains from them though, just use that to find some interesting word combinations. Nameboy also tells you what is and not available for the main TLDs.
