I would like to transfer domain name from one domain account on the same domain name registrar to another. What do you think that is paid service?

Not sure who is domain name registrar of you but that should be free.

If you transfer domain name from one registrar to another you need to pay renewal fee. If not you shouldn’t then. But I would rather ask about it to make sure.
