Do you have any tips and or suggestions on what how to sell domain names? I think that it is very important to understand strategy.

IMHO, this is the most valuable advice.
Also, there is no strategy that works for every domain name every time – depends on the name. If it sucks there is no strategy that will help.

If you are selling domain name and want to protect you. Take your money first and then send the rights for the domain name. Make sure that yopu have docs that prove the sale – that will help you to avoid the chargebacks or so.

If you are going to scam someone – that will impossible to fight agaist charge backs. Be honest and soon you will have a deal.
