WorldWide Media has sued Traditional Medicinals in order to gain the domain name Smoothmove.com .
Earlier this month we presented you what it was called the worst UDRP decision.Back then,a National Arbitration Forum panel thought that WorldWide Media must transfer SmoothMove.com to Traditional Medicinals.So,having no other alternative,Michael Berken’s company,WorldWide Media sued Traditional Medicinals.Ari Goldeberger,the attorney of WorldWide Media sais that Traditional Medicinals does not have the rights to the term "smooth move" and the domain name was registered without knowledge of any trademark.It is also known that several other companies have trademarks for "smooth move",companies which handle with seasoning,lingerie and others.
Hope things will get better for WorldWide Media and the decision will be a fair one.
