An arbitration with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center has awarded the domain name Markafoni.xxx to Vipindirim . According to whois records the domain name was registered December 6,2011,the day ICM Registry made the extension available for public sale..Valero Energy decided to submit a complaint with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center asserting legal rights over the domain name.
Even though on the WIPO website it’s written that the domain name case is "Terminated" ,according to whois records the domain name has been transferred to Vipindirim on March 22,2012 .
