This is the third company to file a lawsuit over a .XXX domain name .According to whois records,Valero.xxx domain name was registered on December 6,2011 .December 6,2011 was also the first day .xxx domains became available for public sale .
VIPINDIRIM has also filed a lawsuit with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center over Markafoni.xxx domain last month .Another .xxx domain name case has been filled with the National Arbitration Forum,over Heb.xxx domain .
