Sterling Jewelers submitted a complaint with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center,asserting legal rights over two domain names : KayJewelers.mobi and KayJewelers.xxx . This is the 10th UDRP case filed for a .XXX domain name .The other nine are : Valero.xxx,Heb.xxx,Markafoni.xxx,RichardBranson.xxx,FoxStudios.xxx,Borcelik.xxx,Borusanholding.xxx,DenizBank.xxx and FinansBank.xxx .According to whois records,the domain name was registered on December 15,few days after the ICM Registry made the extension available for public sale .The domain name does not currently resolve.
The case is still pending compliance checks at the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center .
