Rick Schwartz announced recently the sale of two notable domain names :Properties.com and Property.com . He announced the sale on Tweeter .The announcement states :
"Property.com and Properties.com agreement to sell at $4MM Cash plus Equity Stake in New Company. Set to close within 60 days."
