Pamela Anderson,the well known actress and model has recently filed a complaint with the National Arbitration Center,claiming rights over PamAnderson.com domain name .
It is well known that that it has been a well established practice by prior panels that a celebrity has enough proprietary rights in her name .Therefore,Pamela Anderson contends that the disputed domain name is confusingly similar to her name..The whois records for this domain name show that the domain name was registered in March,1997 .This arbitration case is still pending compliance checks at WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center .
