Microsoft,the software giant has filed a UDRP case at the National Arbitration Forum,targeting a Bing-related domain name – Bing.travel . According to whois records,the owner is John Bachini and the domain name was registered in 2010 .The domain name resolve to a travel website .The software giant owns many trademark registration for the Bing mark.Therefore,it is more than obvious that the domain name is confusingly similar to its trademark .
The case is still pending compliance checks at the National Arbitration Forum .
