Microsoft,the software giant has filed 2 UDRP cases at the National Arbitration Forum,both targeting domain names with Bing in them .The two targeted domain names are : BingGames.org and BingGames.us . Both domain names resolve to a game website.According to whois records both BingGames.org domain name,as well as BingGames.us were registered by Nguyen Linh,who is the respondent in the two UDRP cases .The software giant owns many trademark registration for the Bing mark.Therefore,it is more than obvious that the domain names are confusingly similar to its trademark .
The cases are still pending compliance checks at the National Arbitration Forum .
