Lady Gaga filed a complaint with the National Arbitration Forum ,to obtain rights over the disputed domain name LadyGaga.org . According to whois records,the domain name registrant is oranges arecool XD .For the time being the domain name resolves to a Lady Gaga fan site .Lady Gaga is a famous pop singer-songwriter .Therefore,it is more than obvious that the domain name is confusingly similar to Lady Gaga’s trademark .Therefore,this should be an easy case for Lady Gaga.
The case is still pending compliance checks at the National Arbitration Forum .
