Kate Hudson,an American film actress ,known for her role in My Best Friend’s Girl,Bride Wars and many other successful movies is recently fighting to obtain KateHudson.com .
She submitted a complaint to the National Arbitration Forum ,in which she requested the disputed domain name to be transferred from the respondent to her .The disputed domain name seems to have been registered in 2006 .Also,according to the whois records,the registrant is a man from Shanghai ,Fei Zhu .
Most likely Kate Hudson will win this case .A decision will be taken by a panelist within a couple of months .
