iLoungeOC.com is the domain name for a restaurant and bar in Orange County called iLounge Orange County.Only for using a similar name ,iLounge.com wants to obtain iLoungeOC.com too.As we expected iLounge.com lost the case,as it was clear the restaurant was using the domain name for a legitimate purpose.Things started to be interesting when iLounge.com made many arguments that are the exact opposite of what you typically see in a UDRP:
