Now that General Availability is open,brands are rushing to secure their .XXX domain names.Google made no exception and decided to acquire YouTube.XXX domain name . This doesn’t mean the domain name will resolve to a porn site in the future.This could only be a move to protect their brand.For now Youtube.XXX domain name leads nowhere .However,it is also possible Google to surprise everybody and to launch YouTube.xxx .The company didn’t want to comment on this story.
.XXX domain names became available for public sale on December 6,2011.
