Salesforce.com has unvieled Mobile Lite,which is a free mobile offering that provides customers with mobile acces to Salesforce CRM software. Mobile Lite was made available for iPhone,Blackberry smartphones and Windows Mobile devices.Also,they offer salesforce.com customers basic acces to some of the most common Salesforce CRM features enabling cloud computing on mobile devices. This service allows companies to join every conversation with their customers,no matter where this conversation takes place.
Therefore they provided more editioms,such as Professional Edition, Enterprise Edition and Unlimited Edition.
