Cadbury Adams,a candy manufacturer,wants to take the domain name SwedishFish.com.
The company has already filed for arbitration with World Intellectual Property Organization to get this domain name.They wanted a change because they use a domain name hard to memorize:AFriendYouCanEat.comThe owner of SwedishFish.com seems to be a man from Wisconsin.The domain name is parked at eNom and shows ads offering Swedish Fish candy. It was parked at Sedo for part of 2008.
No doubt that if they manage to take this domain name ,it may help them to sell more Swedish Fish in the future.
