Facebook has recently filed a complaint with the National Arbitration Forum,asserting legal rights over
FacebookConnect.com domain name.
Facebook should expect the National Arbitration Forum order the domain name to be transferred,considering the company
owns the "Facebook" mark .
The National Arbitration Forum will examine if the domain name is confusingly similar to thetrademarked name.Moreover,it will examine if the owner of the domain name has rights over it and if the domain is beingused in bad faith.FacebookConnect.com domain name will be passed over to Facebook if it falls under all three of thesestipulations.
The case is still pending compliance checks with the National Arbitration Forum .
