Healthy .eu registrations in Bulgaria, Estonia and Romania helped drive year over year growth, supported by renewal rates above the industry average, at 78%.Earlier this year,Eurid celebrated its sixth birthday .Full public registration started on 7 April,2006 .Half of the .eu domain names (1.7 million) were registered in April 2006,the first month of availability .This means that registration of .eu domain names have doubled in six years,making it the ninth on the list of the most popular TLDs in the world .
Up to date,there are 3.600.673 .eu domain names .
