Eurid,the company behind .eu is approaching 3.5 million domain name registration under .EU .Eurid revealed continued growth in .eu domain name registrations in the first quarter of 2011 . Healthy .eu registrations in Bulgaria, Estonia and Romania helped drive year over year growth, supported by renewal rates above the industry average, at 78%.Eurid remained this year one of the top-ten largest TLDs in the world .
Up to date there are 3,477,847 .eu domain names.
