Afnic,the company behind .FR domain,announced that the Association of the German Internet Industry,ECO will launch its third market study for domain name professionals,with Afnic’s support .
This study was deisgned for all the players in the domin industry,including registrars,Internet access providers and intellectual property consultants.

"ECO, the Association of the German Internet Industry, is launching its third market study for domain name professionals, with the support of Afnic.
Designed for players in the domain name industry – such as registrars, resellers for instance web agencies, intellectual property consultants, and Internet access providers – the survey is an excellent way of understanding the structures set up within these companies and their expectations.
For Afnic, the feedback from the study, which will be posted online on January 20, 2013, will enhance the support that can be provided for these professionals in promoting domain names, and that of the .fr TLD in particular.
The 2013 edition focuses on several European markets such as Austria, Bulgaria, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Russia and the United Kingdom. The new edition innovates with a study of the French market, with the support of Afnic."
