Dolce & Gabbana SRL has filed a complaint with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center,asserting legal rights over DolceGabbanaOutlet.org domain name.
The company filed the complaint on November 28,2012.
Dolce & Gabbana SRL should expect the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center order the domain name to be transferred,considering the company owns the "Dolce & Gabbana" mark .
The WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center will examine if the domain name is confusingly similar to the trademarked name.Moreover,it will examine if the owner of the disputed domain name has rights over it and if the domain is being used in bad faith.DolceGabbanaOutlet.org will be passed over to Yahoo if it falls under all three of these stipulations.
The case is still pending compliance checks with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center .
Dolce & Gabbana has filed two other complaints with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center for DolceGabbanaNegozi.com and CheapDolceGabbanaSale.com .The complaint for DoceGabbanaNegozi.com was filed on December 3,2012,while the complaint for CheapDolceGabbanaSale.com was filed on November 27,2012 .
