ICANN announced that DNGLOBE LLC has lost its accreditation for not renewing the Registrar Accreditation Agreement upon expiration.

Therefore,ICANN started a process to find another accredited resitrar to take over the domain names owned until now by DNGLOBE LLC.
"To protect registrants, ICANN has initiated a process to identify a qualified and accredited registrar to take over management of the domain names formerly managed by DNGLOBE LLC through a bulk transfer. "
