Deniz Banks submitted a complaint with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center,asserting legal rights over the domain name DenizBank.xxx .
This is the 8th UDRP case filed for a .XXX domain name.The other seven are : Valero.xxx,Heb.xxx,Markafoni.xxx,RichardBranson.xxx,FoxStudios.xxx,Borcelik.xxx and Borusanholding.xxx.According to whois records,the domain name was registered by Kader Yilmaz on December6,2011 ,the day ICM Registry made the extension available for public sale .The domain name does not currently resolve.
The case is still pending compliance checks at the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center .
