Congressman Cliff Stearns from Florida is the first member of Congress to speak at T.R.A.F.F.I.C. South Beach on Monday,October 18th . Cliff Stearns will be speaking on the latest bills that effect Domains and the Internet .It seems that congressman Clff Stearns is the highest ranking person in the U.S. Government to ever address a domain name conference .
