A company has recently submitted a complaint to the National Arbitration Forum,asserting legal rights over the domain name Basspro.xxx . This is the 17th UDRP case filed for a .XXX domain name.The other 16 are : Valero.xxx,Heb.xxx,Markafoni.xxx,RichardBranson.xxx,FoxStudios.xxx,Borcelik.xxx,Borusanholding.xxx,DenizBank.xxx,FinansBank.xxx,KayJewelers.XXX,Femjoy.xxx,UTSystem.xxx,BaylorGirls.xxx,HemNet.xxx,TDBank.xxx and BGZ.xxx .According to whois records the domain name was registered by Katherine Stanley on December 10,four days after the ICM Refistry made the extension available for public sale .The domain name does not currently resolve.
The case is still pending compliance checks at the National Arbitration Forum.
