Sedo’s weekly list of domain name sales to November 24 has been released with the biggest seller of the week being glow.co.uk which sold for £20,010 (US$29,340). Second for the week was internet.eu which sold for $26,250 and third was haarverlaengerung.de, selling for €20,000 ($25,470 – hair extensions in German). The biggest .com sale for the week was everestbets.com which sold for €18,500 ($23,550).
There were a number of five-figure European ccTLD sales making the list this week following these sales, showing a strength in ccTLD sales, especially for the European ones. They were, mijn.nl (€19,500), ggg.fr (€15,000), flashplayer.de (€15,000) and chrome.co.uk (£10,000).
