Cash4Gold company is about to sell its domain name and all the assets for $440,000 to Direct Holdings Americas,the parent company of Time-Life ,according to Fortune .
Nobody knows what Direct Holdings America is planning to do with the company,if the court will approve the acquisition.
Cash4Gold declared bankruptcy this past July and the court hired a Florida insolvency manager,named Moecker & Associates,to find a buyer .
Another company interested acquiring the assets was Sharon,Mass.-based CashForGoldUSA,but after analyzing for several months the web traffic analytics,they decided the company was worth only $200,000 .
