The first thing she had to prove was that the domain name was identical or confusingly similar.Obviously,since because the disputed domain name contains her name,the Panel decided that camerondiaz.com is is identical to complainant’s Cameron Diaz mark.
According to the actress,the respondent used "the "camerondiaz.com" domain name to resolve to a website displaying links to third-party websites, including adult-oriented websites. "
Moreover,she said the domain name was registered and used in bad faith.
All in all,the Panel decided the camerondiaz.com domain name to be transferred from the respondent to the complainant.
