Whois records show that the domain name was registered to a man named Ruo Chang .Moreover,the domain name is listed for sale on Sedo.The owner wants 3,000 EUR for this domain name .However,it is more than obvious that the fashion house will win this case.Burberry has many trademark registration for the "Burberry" mark .Therefore,the domain name is confusingly similar to its trademark.As for the other two elements Burberry will have to prove ( rights or legitimate interests and registration and use in bad faith),the fashion house will have no problems .A decision will be made within a couple of weeks .
