.XXX general availability phase of .XXX domain names opened more than a year ago,on December 6,2011 .Since then,there have been 29 .XXX domain name cases filed .
Out of the 29 UDRP cases filed so far,26 .xxx domain name have been ordered to be transferred,2 were withdrawn and one is still pending compliance checks with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center.
Here are the 29 UDRP cases filed so far :
1. Finans Bank submitted a complaint with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center, asserting legal rights over the domain name FinansBank.xxx. According to whois records the domain name was registered by Ferudun Tavlan on December 7, 2011 – The Panel ordered FinansBank.xxx domain to be transferred from the respondent to the complainant.
2. Deniz Banks submitted a complaint with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center, asserting legal rights over the domain name DenizBank.xxx. According to whois records, the domain name was registered by Kader Yilmaz on December 6, 2011, the day ICM Registry made the extension available for public sale. – The Panel ordered DenizBank.xxx domain to be transferred from the respondent to the complainant.
3. Borçelik Çelik Sanayi Ticaret Anonim Şirketi filed a complaint with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center, asserting legal rights over Borcelik.xxx domain. The Panel ordered Borcelik.xxx domain to be transferred from the respondent to the complainant.4. Borusan Holding Anonim Şirketi filed a complaint with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center, asserting legal rights over BorusanHolding.xxx domain. The Panel ordered BorusanHolding.xxx domain to be transferred from the respondent to the complainant.
5. Twentieth Century Fox submitted a complaint with the National Arbitration Forum, over the domain name FoxStudios.xxx, asserting legal rights over the disputed domain name. – The complain has been withdrawn.
6. Richard Branson has filed an arbitration case with National Arbitration Forum over the domain name RichardBranson.xxx.The domain name is registered by Sean Truman. The Panel ordered RichardBranson.xxx domain to be transferred from the respondent to the complainant.
7. Valero Energy filed a complaint with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center, asserting legal rights over Valero.xxx domain name. According to whois records,Valero.xxx domain name was registered on December 6, 2011 . The Panel ordered Valero.xxx domain to be transferred from the respondent to the complainant.
8. VIPINDIRIM has recently filed a lawsuit with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center over Markafoni.xxx domain name. According to WIPO, the domain name case started on December 29, 2011. The Panel ordered Markafoni.xxx domain to be transferred from the respondent to the complainant.
9. Another UDRP case was filed with the National Arbitration Forum over Heb.xxx domain name .The Panel ordered Heb.xxx domain to be transferred from the respondent to the complainant.
10.Sterling Jewelers submitted a complaint with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center,asserting legal rights over KayJewelers.xxx. The Panel ordered KayJewelers.xxx domain to be transferred from the respondent to the complainant.
11. Another UDRP case was filed with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center over Femjoy.xxx. The Panel ordered Femjoy.xxx domain to be transferred from the respondent to the complainant.
12. A company submitted a complaint to the National Arbitration Forum,asserting legal rights over UTSystem.xxx domain name. The Panel ordered UTSystem.xxx domain to be transferred from the respondent to the complainant.
13. Baylor University filed complaint over BaylorGirls.xxx. The Panel ordered BaylorGirls.xxx domain to be transferred from the respondent to the complainant.
14. HemNet filed a complaint with the WIPO Arbitraiton and Meditaion Center,over the domain name Hemnet.xxx. The Panel ordered Hemnet.xxx domain to be transferred from the respondent to the complainant.
15. Another UDRP case has been submitted to the National Arbitration Forum, asserting legal rights over the domain name TDBank.xxx. The Panel ordered TDBank.xxx domain to be transferred from the respondent to the complainant.
16. The 16th UDRP case filed so far is over BGZ.xxx domain. The Panel ordered BGZ.xxx domain to be transferred from the respondent to the complainant.

21. Aeroflot.xxx domain name was transferred from the respondent to the complainant.

24. The Toronto Dominium Bank has filed a complaint with the National Arbitration Forum over the domain name TDCanadaTrust.xxx. The Panel ordered TDCanadaTrust.xxx domain to be transferred from the respondent to the complainant.
25. Sferix.xxx – The disputed domain name was transferred from the respondent to the complainant
26. KateSpade.xxx – UDRP won by Kate Spade ,LLC
27. LaRoche-Posay.xxx – The case is still pending compliance checks with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center
